As I can imagine the most bizarre word in the headline is shashlyk. It is a kind of a version of Shish kebab which is popular in Eastern Europe (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary), Caucasus, Central Asia, India, Iran, Israel, Mongolia, Morocco, Pakistan, and other places. Originally shashlyk is made of lamb, but it can be also prepared of pork or beef. A primitive metal box with a shape of rectangle is usually used to burn firewood to create coal for grilling shashlyk.

The picture displays grill filled with firewood and burnt a few minutes ago. The flame is intensive, alive, ardent. You may see nearly no smoke because of dry and torrig wood.
